Different Streams for Employer Sponsorship Visa subclass 186

Direct Entry Stream
In order to be eligible for this visa, you must first be nominated by an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor your application. Furthermore, your occupation must be listed on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate that you have at least Competent English language skills.
Labour Agreement Stream
The Labour Agreement stream is a pathway for skilled workers who are seeking permanent residency in Australia. This visa allows workers to live and work in the country, provided they have been nominated by their employer who is a party to a labour agreement.
This stream is ideal for individuals who are already employed, or will be employed, by an employer who has an active labour agreement in place. It is important to note that the employer must have a labour agreement to be eligible for this stream.
Temporary Residence Transition Stream
The Temporary Residence Transition stream provides a pathway for skilled workers who are seeking permanent residency in Australia. To be eligible for this visa, you must first hold a 457, TSS, or a related bridging visa A, B, or C. Additionally, you must have worked for your employer on a full-time basis for a minimum of three years. It is important to note that the employer must nominate you for the position to be eligible for this stream.
